Banks Developments is currently preparing an application for a residential eco-development off land at Station Road, Methley. Proposals for the 19 acre site include a large amount of family housing as well as apartments and bungalows for the retired. There will be a significant proportion of affordable properties included in the scheme.
The development is being designed using sustainable principles. Every home within the scheme will comply with high environmental standards, with a number meeting zero carbon emission levels.
The scheme is being designed to link well into the existing community and to create a safe and inclusive environment with the inclusion of green spaces and home zones.
