Bowesfield

Stockton on Tees
Site Status: Both house building and the construction of commercial buildings has started on site
Local Authority: Stockton Borough Council

Bowesfield is an exciting mixed use development on the banks of the River Tees in Stockton. Work is on-going on the site, which borrows a wildlife and habitat theme from the 15 hectare nature reserve adjoining it. The development provides 13 hectares of commercial development and 4 hectares of residential development.

The general public, employees and new residents will be encouraged to visit the reserve, which is looked after by Tees Valley Wildlife Trust, using walkways and interpretation boards. The wildlife theme blends with the built development through water features and extensive planting throughout. The high quality of the development will enable this area to be enjoyed by those that visit Bowesfield.

The construction of residential housing has begun and many of the properties are now occupied. Three car showrooms have been built and are now owned and operated by Audi, Toyota and Lexus. Office accommodation has been built and is available to let or to buy.

Anyone interested in acquiring land or office space on the Bowesfield site should contact Stuart Morgan on 01740 658500 or by email on bowesfield@banksdevelopments.com
