Banks Developments propose to deliver modern, high quality student accommodation which will contribute to the vitality and diversity of the Ouseburn Valley.

At present the site contains vacant and derelict workshops. Various new developments have historically been planned for neighbouring sites, however the immediate area remains derelict and does not realise its full potential.

Banks Developments is committed to delivering high quality student accommodation at Lime Street which will contribute to the regeneration of this area of the Ouseburn Valley. Positive discussions with Newcastle City Council are ongoing and a development partner is currently being sought.
