Reed Blast factory site

The Reedblast site at Thornaby, Stockton on Tees was used for a variety of industrial activities for more than a century, most recently as a shot-blasting factory. It is a classic redundant brownfield site in a residential area making it suitable for redevelopment.

The Banks Group gained planning permission to demolish the factory, reclaim the land and develop it for a mixture of town houses and apartments. Robertson Residential has now purchased the site and is building the residential units following Stockton Borough Council's approval of their detailed designs.
