Saville Gardens

The Banks Group has completed construction of nine exclusive apartments on this site in a sought after area of Gosforth.

We gained planning permission to develop the site in 2004, which involved the renovation of two Victorian town houses and the construction of nine new apartments to the rear of the site.

The nine apartments fit sympathetically with their surroundings and are of an extremely high specification. This gated development is set in mature landscaped grounds.

The Victorian houses have been sold and have been restored for residential purposes.
