Castle Cement

This project is transforming a previously redundant industrial cement works site, by remediating the land for the construction of a consented 262 new homes, helping to meet the demand for new housing in this area.

Banks initially developed a masterplan which included a mix of three and four bedroom houses and apartments at the gateway to the development. As part of the regeneration of the site Banks will also fund a major infrastructure programme to support the creation of the new community.

 

The site has now been sold to Barratt Homes who are currently developing this site.
