ScotlandEtna Industrial EstateWishaw, North Lanarkshire Site Status: Detailed planning permission received March 2006 Local Authority: North Lanarkshire Council This project will see the remediation of a former industrial estate and railway goods yard for the construction of 107 houses and 56 apartments, to help meet the new housing requirements of the area.
In addition to decontamination the site will be regraded, retaining structures built, an access road and a new utility network constructed. Phase one of the development has been sold to Manor Lane. |
