The former site of a council depot, the land was underused and required remediation. Following planning approval Banks carried out this remediation and the infrastructure works before selling the land to commercial developers. The first phase was sold to Tesco, who have now built a Tesco Metro store on the site. The second phase has been sold to Kilmartin Group. |
